Charlottesville – MSM attack Trump but not Obama nor BLM

On cue, CNN quickly posted an article with the title “Why did Trump wait so long to reject the ‘alt-right’?” President Trump’s initial comments were simply not enough:

We condemn, in the strongest possible terms, this egregious display of hatred, bigotry and violence on many sides – on many sides.

Not that CNN can even define ‘alt-right’. But just like disavowing David Duke – you simply cannot do it enough if you are Trump! And like all good liberals, when you do it you had better give them an emotional display… say like biting your lower lip and saying you did not have sex… well you know.

Not to be outdone, NPR jumped on the identity politics train with “Examining Trump’s Initial Response To The Racial Upheaval In Virginia.” The article reads as one would expect. The usual RINO suspects are gathered to comment. In this case David French of the National Review. French said the following on why he believes Trump should have been more forceful in comment and while every KKK march does not require the President to comment, this was different:

Well, it was different because of what happened. You had an actual terror attack that claimed a human life. It was different because of the movement that was actually marching in Charlottesville. And it’s different because of the president.

Here is what is so incredibly incoherent about French’s comments. Under President Obama, we had a Black Lives Matter (BLM) march where five police officers were shot dead. President Obama’s initial comment:

There is no possible justification for these kinds of attacks or any violence against law enforcement. Anyone involved in the senseless murders will be held fully accountable. Justice will be done.

We missed the part where Obama called out BLM. What French did not notice at the time as being different was “a terror attack that claimed human life” – not one but five, “the movement that was actually marching” – BLM and “it’s different because of the president” – the first black president.

No – at that time, not a single RINO and not a single mainstream media (MSM) outlet called for then President Obama to call out BLM and their marches. Marches where they actually yelled, “What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want them? Now!” We watched a lot of footage of violence in Charlottesville, Va and did not see or hear any such chants against liberals, blacks or police.

No MSM did not want or expect president Obama to say anything more than he did. In fact and as expected liberal media outlets flew cover with stories like, “Don’t Blame Black Lives Matter For The Deaths Of Dallas Cops.” Fast forward to Trump and the expectations have greatly shifted. If you do not think that is hypocritical enough, wait there is more!

You did not (and most likely will not) see MSM coverage of the racist Charlottesville vice Mayor Bellamy. We can assure you, if the roles were reversed and this was a conservative white vice Mayor, you would be seeing 24/7 coverage. The Cavalier Daily reported on the subject of Charlottesville’s vice Mayor Bellamy Tweets. He once tweeted:

I DONT LIK WHIT PEOPLE SO I HATE WHITE SNOW!!!!! FML!!!!

The hypocrisy and double standard of liberals, MSM and RINO’s is so stark it is difficult to overstate. What this lackluster group of political opportunist is missing – identity politics has been played out. Americans want jobs, they want to work, they want a future for their children and they do not care about skin pigmentation.

On the bright side, citizen reports at PolicitcalFuzz have scooped CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX News.

Update: We had to update the headline, as most on Twitter can’t get past that. One such person after reading the headline where we quoted CNN – “Why did Trump wait so long to reject the ‘alt-right’?” told us “nothing would be fast enough for us“. Obviously she didn’t read this post. When we suggested she read the article first – she blocked us. So Trump is right again… both sides!
