Three-decade old sexual assault accusation requires investigation, contemporary political and constitutional assault on 62 million people… not so much.
Everyone knows exactly why Dianne Feinstein held the Ford letter throughout the Kavanaugh hearings. And everyone knows precisely why the Dems and Ford are trying to delay a vote using a baseless, three-decade old accusation. Accusations that the accuser does not know where it happened or when it happened but without fail knows who did it. The “who” in this case would be a potential next justice of the Supreme Court.
The Democrats often require judicial fiat to impose their agenda on everyone in the country because they cannot get such done using the normal means of passing a law by popular vote. So, this supreme court nomination is a really big deal. Democrats fully embrace “ends justify the means” tactics. Whatever it takes, by any means necessary! Obstruct, Resist & Delay!
Compare and contrast an “out of the blue” three-decade old assault accusation with the more recent deep-state accusations coming to light for well over a year. Through an unprecedented abuse of power, government officials tried to prevent, and later undo, a duly elected President from executing his oath of office. Unless you watch CNN or MSNBC, you know we have been provided a plethora of allegations and actual evidence one-thousand times more explosive than what supposedly happened three decades past in high school. I’m not minimizing what happened, if it did – but I also don’t have to believe anything happened unless there is actual evidence.
Nevertheless, the Democrats and their Media operatives have all but ignored fiery assaults on the constitution and the people! Not once have I heard Chuck Schumer, Diane Feinstein or Mazie “Shut Up/Stand Up” Hirono – “Stand Up” to disturbing accusations that the government was weaponized. Zero concerns from the Democrat altruists that the FISA court was abused for political gain. Hell, they didn’t even care when the DNC was hijacked by Hillary Clinton. Remember that… what happened… nothing!
Unless those in the Democrat party can muster some righteous indignation for the abuse of power going on under their noses in real time – then Mazie, you and your party need to Shut Up and Sit Down!
