January 6 is a Ham Sandwich

New York Chief Judge Sol Wachtler once said prosecutors can get a grand jury to indict a “ham sandwich.” The indictment of most J6 protestors, especially Caldwell, Crowl and Watkins as insurrectionists is a perfect example.

It is clear to anyone paying attention (which exempts press) the DOJ has become a politically charged institution, using its power to concentrate on political foes while flying cover for its fellow travelers. We pointed this out in a past post called, FBI Sources and Methods? Strikingly few covered the details of what the FBI used in attempting a deep state soft coup. The sources of the FISA warrants came mostly from press reports, which included information that the FBI had leaked to the press. We covered the embarrassing way in which FISA submissions were filled with highly questionable information like “press articles say”, “there was speculation in the U.S. media”, “an identified press organization reported.”

What kind of “Investigation” is that exactly? Total incompetence or a political hit job by a palpable deep state? Of course, coverage of that humiliation was nonexistent in Legacy Elite Media (LEMmings). Just as 50 so called Intelligence Officers flew political cover for Hunter Biden’s laptop, calling it Russian disinformation which has now been totally debunked. And as usual Legacy Elite Media had nonstop coverage of the lie, but lacked any mea culpa when the true facts emerged.

Because the Press and the DOJ peddle political tales that align with their comrades, unless you are watching alternative news sources you will remain uninformed on just how the masses are being gaslighted. Take the January 6^th Insurrection, which VP Kamala Harris compared to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941 and the Sept. 11 attacks on New York and Washington by al Qaeda terrorists.

Just like the Russia Hoax FISA warrants, reading the Watkins, Croel, Caldwell Indictment you will see the same pattern of partisan attack and lack of material evidence. Reading this Insurrection Indictment is like reading an adolescent’s diary recounting his friends trying to score front row seats at a general admission Kiss concert.

I don’t know of any insurrections that happened with flags and not guns, but apparently the DOJ does. Once you get past the narrative painting in the charging document, you get the real damning details:

• “WATKINS: You still going to Illinois? We plan on going to DC on the 6th, weather permitting.” (The weather better be good or no insurrection)
• CROWL: “No…. .. What’s going on on the 6th?” (No one knows about the insurrection?)
• WATKINS: “We planned on arriving on the 5th. We want to be in DC by 9 am on the 6^th” (A one day planned insurrection?)
• CALDWELL wrote in a Facebook post: “THIS IS OUR CALL TO ACTION, FREINDS! SEE YOU ON THE 6TH IN WASHINGTON,  D.C. ALONG WITH 2 MILLION OTHER LIKE-MINDED PATRIOTS.” (Wow – A Facebook secret planned insurrection)
• “I think the Metro is smarter than convoy/parking issues.” (The mass transit insurrection?)
• “We can go to a KOA Campground or something…” (The Kampgrounds of America insurrection?)
• CALDWELL replied to a Facebook comment, writing, “I accept that assignment! I swore to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. I did the former, I have done the latter peacefully but they have morphed into pure evil even blatantly rigging an election and paying off the political caste. We must smite them now and drive them down.” (Facebook post? We have hours of liberals saying they want to burn down the Whitehouse, kill the president and “take him out” – but that didn’t bother the DOJ).
• WATKINS sent CROWL a Facebook message stating, “Running a bit behind.  I’ll txt when I’m back at the bar.   Getting supplies for DC.” (Back at the Bar? FBI digging deep into Facebook but couldn’t find anything on Hunter’s laptop)
• WATKINS stated, “We have a good group.  We have about 30-40 of us.”  (Seems a bit light for overthrowing the government maybe if they had 50)
• CALDWELL and PERSON TWO took “selfie” photographs of themselves on the balcony and in other areas on the perimeter of the Capitol. (One has to take a selfie when insurrecting)
•  CALDWELL sent WATKINS a text message stating: “… Teargassing peaceful protesters at capital steps. Getting rowdy here… I am here at the dry fountain to the left of the Capitol.” (Outside at the dry fountain getting teargassed is the perfect spot to overthrow the government)

Just like every other conservative covering J6, I say the violence was wrong, stupid, hurt the message and the goal of having a fair election process. We heard no Dems or press condemning the year of BLM and Antifa riots. But unlike most covering this event I find the timing of Pence being pulled out of the room, just as a call for questioning the certification of election results was being raised, somewhat suspect.

What are the odds that a bunch of guys taking mass transit, staying at KOA’s and drinking in bars has the delicate timing to cause a riot at the exact time the election certification was being proffered for review? Considering the Ray Epps connection, it isn’t a large leap to consider this a well-executed plan to derail any questioning of election fraud. It is curious how the Ray Epps Ham Sandwich can’t be indicted, isn’t it?
